**WHEW** The R Family (ha ha)

This afternoon I met with the R family at their beach house in Garden City Beach. Their family consisted of 7 adults and 6 children ( 9yo, 6yo, THREE 3yos and a 4 week old). I tell ya, the kids make me work, ha ha! Oh but they were all such beautiful little girls!!! That ALWAYS helps.
The tide was going out but it was still pretty high. The sun was going down but MAN was it bright. You would think that taking pictures is a pretty simple job. I beg to differ when you have to deal with all the elements, ha ha!

Anyway, I really enjoyed working with you guys! Hope you like what we were able to capture.
Here are a few previews (the kiddos in the group) until I get your gallery up - Enjoy!

A day with the L family

Seems I've had a lot of L families lately, ha ha! This afternoon I met with another L family. Parents and two beautiful girls (11 and 6). Poor things drove an hour to our location of choice and then ended up driving past it for about another 8-10 miles. I felt so badly for them (sorry guys!).
We started shooting around 7pm and began in the castle and then moved to the beach as the sun was going down. It did start getting a bit dark towards the end but we pulled it off!
Hope you guys found Devine's for dinner! Here are a few previews until I get your gallery up~

Holy 9 months old Batman!

Wow, I had forgotten just how exhausting 9 month olds can be. Let me tell you...I LOVE me some Finn -- but he liked to wiped out his Mom and me, rofl! We shot mostly indoors and he was a go go gadget! I'm not super pleased with what I was able to capture so I will probably ask Mom if we can do a reshoot (if that's ok with you K?). Here are a few that caught my eye...Is he not the cutest!?!

So K, just let me know when/where you would like to reshoot! I'm thinking I 'm gonna have to get some goodies to keep him still long enough -- Time to go shopping, HA!

The L Family

Today I had the pleasure of meeting with the L family. On vacation from Penn., they visit Myrtle Beach yearly...however, this was their first family beach session! They had two little boys, S is 7 and 3/4, and L is 2 and 3/4 lol. We had a storm yesterday so today the sun was ultra bright...even when our session ended at 7:30pm. They fought squinting very hard -- but the little one didn't want much to do with the brightness. He did he best and I loved how he said "Dragon", he he.

I had a lot of fun with you guys and hope you enjoy what I was able to capture! Here are a few previews from our time together...

The M Family

Oh what fun I had today! I met up with the M family from Ohio -- 8 total. There were four boys (brothers) and two girls (sisters). Can I just tell ya the energy that these guys had! The Mom of the four boys should be given an award, ha ha ha. What a great attitude she had...and took everything in stride. Guys, you all were a total blast to work with!!! I'm so happy that the storm blew away and allowed us to get the session done.
Here are a few previews before I get your gallery up.

Cousins...Brothers...Sisters...What is a mother to do with four boys??Sit down and enjoy EVERY moment!

The L Family

Today I met with the L family. It's always fun to have repeat customers and today was no exception. The last time I met with them the were expecting. This time I got to meet A, who is now 8 months old! Her big sister M, now 4, was just as fun to capture this time around. A beautiful day for photographs -- in the 80's with just a slight breeze. The condo's where they were staying did cause a bit of a shadow...but overall I'm very pleased with what we got (hope you are too)!

A few previews until I get your gallery up!

The R family

Yesterday afternoon I met with the R family. We got lucky with the weather -- it's been so hot and humid that every afternoon there is a chance of thunderstorms. One was blowing in off the ocean but seemed to miss our location completely!

I had a lot of fun with them...sometimes it's difficult getting to know everyone with large groups. I'm the type of person/photographer that likes to build a friendship with my clients. With 14 people it can be tough -- however, I loved this group!

I have to admit guys, I had a blast with the kiddos. There were three boys and two girls ranging in age. The oldest boy pretty much wanted nothing to do with having his picture taken. I can totally understand -- he was 9 and my son is 10 and their personalities paralleled, lol. I did manage to get a few with him in them!! Middle boy was fairly cooperative, lol. The younger of the two boys tried to be shy...but come to find out he was very much the little ham, he he. E the oldest girl was just a doll baby. She was very helpful when it came to her little sister (whom I wanted to bring home with me). She completely stole my heart.

Here are a few previews from our time together -- until I finish editing!
